All registrations must be made directly with Tech Gym. Complexes Sportifs Terrebonne does not manage registrations for this organization.
The club offers karate classes for adults, teenagers and toddlers. The whole family can practice a discipline that will keep them fit and give them the tools to defend themselves. You’ll also have the chance to take more specialized courses in combat, weapons handling and extreme gymnastics. All these courses are offered as part of your karate training.
Sunfuki Karate training centers offer serious training based on ancient teachings in a modern setting. As traditional karate requires, all members of the dojo are equal. Wearing a kimono and respecting instructors and each other are essential. Karate has adapted to today’s world: fitness, flexibility exercises, weapons handling, shows… and much more.
