Inaugurated in 2016, our indoor training track is one of the longest in Canada. It features a high-quality surface perfectly suited to both running and walking. It features three corridors of varying distances, allowing users to train at different speeds, depending on their goals or level.

Complementing the track, users have access to several pieces of equipment distributed along the course, including a warm-up area, stationary bikes, ergometers and a TRX (suspension weight training) zone.

With access to the indoor training track, all users have access to full changing facilities and Wi-Fi.
