Viagym gymnastics and trampoline club
All registrations must be made directly with Viagym. Complexes Sportifs Terrebonne does not manage registrations for this organization.
Founded in 1980, the Viagym Gymnastics Club offers young people in the region structured training in artistic gymnastics and trampoline sports. A non-profit organization, Viagym is run by a Board of Directors made up of volunteer parents, supported by a permanent team in general management, technical management and finance.
Recognized by the Fédération de gymnastique du Québec and a partner of the MRC Les Moulins and the towns of Terrebonne and Mascouche, the club offers a development program accessible from the age of 2. It is from this pool that athletes are selected to enter the competitive Relève, Provincial, National and High Performance levels. These athletes proudly represent the club and the region in numerous competitions throughout the year.
Competitive section
Located in the Viagym Centre at the Cité du Sport, the club offers a spacious, fully-equipped gym where each athlete can reach his or her full potential. Viagym’s rigorous, caring supervision creates an environment where talent and self-improvement are at the heart of the sporting experience.
Recreational section
The Development program offers supervised technical progression in a structured yet fun environment. Whether in artistic gymnastics or trampoline, kids can discover the basics of these disciplines while having fun.
