It develops cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, strength and speed, while improving coordination and agility.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Club de boxe l&#8217;Imp\u00e9rium offers a variety of classes to suit all levels, from beginners to seasoned boxers.
